Being a Photographer = Fun + Games?

My day, so far, has been filled with all the miserable parts of being a photographer today. Hopefully I will get home from the shoot with some fantastic photos that will make it all worth while again!
Tried to figure out what to do about the N and O copyright infringement problem. Should I just ask them to remove the photos? Probably. Worked on the email to N and O. Tried to find links to include that explain my rights as a photographer. Got sidetracked and remembered that some photo friends of mine still don't really understand how to deal with copyright, contracts, etc. Posted earlier blogs about copyright. Then called the magazine that stills owes me payment. It's been 57 days now since I invoiced them. No one answered, left a message to call me back. They really should have sent it out by now. Waiting for a call back. The test shoot I had scheduled for tomorrow is having birthday camping trip conflicts. Rescheduled for this afternoon. Have to go buy some props and rent lights from Calumet. The second test shoot I was trying to schedule never happened, model never got back to me. Boo. Have to come home tonight and see if I can try to book another model to shoot since I will have these lights.
